WhatsApp Business API — Acceptable Use
The /whatsapp product uses the official WhatsApp Cloud API by Meta. By using the platform you agree to comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Business and Commerce Policies.
Prohibited: spam and unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing, sending without explicit recipient opt-in, operating in restricted verticals without proper licensing and Meta sign-off (financial services, gambling, tobacco, alcohol without age-gating, medications, political campaigns). Violations result in immediate account suspension without refund and escalation to Meta.
Conversation-based message pricing is paid directly to Meta at their current rates — the platform charges a subscription only and does not mark up conversations.
Orders and projects
All commercial projects are discussed individually via Telegram or email. Price and timeline are locked in writing. Standard scheme — 50% upfront, the rest on delivery. First month of support — by default.
Jurisdiction
Based in Tbilisi, Georgia. Disputes are resolved under the laws of Georgia or by mutual agreement.
