Tbilisi → Miami timezone gap is 8 hours. In practice, that means a daily overlap from 9–11am EST (afternoon for me) — enough for sync calls, code reviews, incident response. Outside that window, async on Telegram or email with response within 12 hours.
Atlas — the case on this page — has been running in production since 2024. Built and maintained from Tbilisi with monthly releases, regular admin training sessions over video, and 24/7 monitoring (rrweb session replay, Sentry, custom audit trail).
