We do not work with restricted verticals: financial services without a license, gambling, tobacco, alcohol without age verification, medications, political campaigns. This rules out a large class of App Review questions from Meta.

Connect WhatsApp
Click Connect WhatsApp → Meta's Embedded Signup opens → choose Business Portfolio, create a WABA, enter the phone number, confirm OTP. You're back in the dashboard — the number is active.

Create templates and submit them to Meta for review. Once approved — start sending.

Data deletion
Deletion request — email hi@hiregora.com with the WABA ID or phone number. Deletion is performed within 30 days; a confirmation is sent to the same email.

Conversation-based WhatsApp messages are billed directly by Meta per Meta Business Pricing. The platform charges a subscription only and does not mark up conversations (Meta Tech Provider terms).
- Is this official?
- Yes. The platform uses Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API and Embedded Signup via Facebook Login for Business. hiregora is registered as a Meta Tech Provider.
- Is it safe to connect my WhatsApp number?
- Safe — tokens are stored encrypted, access is limited to the account owner. The platform never sees your Facebook password; authorization goes through Meta's standard OAuth flow.
- What about GDPR?
- We comply with GDPR: EU servers, encryption at rest and in transit, right to deletion and data portability. Full details in our Privacy policy.
- How do I delete my data?
- Two ways — the Delete account button in the dashboard, or an email request to hi@hiregora.com. Full instructions at /data-deletion.
- Can I connect an existing WABA?
- Yes. During Embedded Signup pick the existing Business Portfolio and its attached WABA. Migration is seamless — your Meta-side templates and history are preserved.
- How much does one message cost?
- Messages are billed directly by Meta under their Conversation-based pricing — it depends on country and template category. The platform does not mark up messages.
- Support?
- Telegram and email, EU business hours (CET / CEST). Pro and Agency get priority queue.
